‘I run a penis enlargement clinic and unsatisfied wives keep booking appointments’

Unsatisfied women are taking their men to cosmetic clinics to get their penises enlarged.

Razvan Vasilas, known as Dr Botox, who runs a penis enlargement clinic in London’s posh Marylebone, says girlfriends are making appointments on their partner’s behalf.

“That can happen a lot of times,” he said. “Men are too shy. Women see the procedure on social media and make a booking for their husbands.

“For the men it’s very embarrassing. But it’s better to be embarrassed once than every time you sleep with a woman.

“This is a big problem. They have this problem all their lives so they’re not confident.

“One patient told me that every single time he has sex with a new woman he’s always really embarrassed, so it’s really hard to have a relationship.”

Dr Botox says that even men with big penises come to his practice and believes that for many it’s a body confidence thing.

“I tell them not to do it, or that they don’t need it, but once they go home and have a think about it they call me back in two days,” he says.

“I know that if I don’t agree to do it they will just find someone else. It’s in their head and they just want to do a procedure.

“But women, they are not too happy if a penis is too big, women don’t want a huge penis. It’s not pleasure, it’s pain.”

The 20 minute painless ‘filler’ procedure is carried out through cannula injections in two sessions, the first costing £1,600 and the second £1,000.

Yet those lacking meat downstairs will need to go back every two years when the effects of the filler wear off.

“The penis will go back to its normal size after two years,” said Dr Botox.

“And it’s really important to do the aftercare. You have to massage the penis at night to get it to have a nice shape.

“And no sex or masturbation for two weeks, as this is the length of time it takes for the filler to get hard.

“But you won’t believe how many people can’t do this. They get too overexcited and want to go out and have sex right away.”
